Impresstik VAC 4000 Inline Pressure Sensitive Labeler

Item is a used, Impresstic, Model VAC 4000, fully automatic. pressure sensitive labeler. This is an inline machine utilizing a vacuum belt ass (wrap belt) for accurate label placement. The machine is rated at up to 200 BPM for cylinder 750ml bottles. This machine was running cylinder 750 ml wine bottles at approximately 105 BPM. The machine utilizes two body labeling heads. Each labeling head applies one or two labels with a space. Each head can be set up to apply a front/back label from the same roll or one head can apply fronts while the other applies the back label. It can also apply a full wrap label. In 2021 a third head was installed by Impresstik to apply a neck wrap label (making the machine a VAC 4000 machine from the original VAC 3000 machine). The machine can be set up to apply labels to a square container, but labeling speeds are reduced. These are high end labelers and are extensively utilized in the wine industry. Previous use of this machine was winery application. Power requirement is 460 Volt/3-phase/60 htz.
