Fristam FKL150A Positive Displacement Pump

Item is a used, Frisltam, model FKL150A, positive displacement pump manufactured in 2017. Pump is sanitary, all S/S construction w/3" tri-clamp ports. It is powered with a WEG 7 1/2 HP Premium motor running at 1765 RPM. Motor is mated to a NORD gear reduction box with a gear ratio of 4.49:1. Pump is rated at a maximum of 600 RPM and a maximum pressure of 500 PSI. The pump ois currently set up with a pressure relief by-pass loop and a DeFinox pressure regulator and liquid filled pressure gauge. The pump/gear-box/motor is mounted on a S/S cart constructed of 2" S/S tubing and a 1/4" thick S/S plate, with a S/S control box and enclosed VFD w/approximately 25 feet of power cord. It is currently set up for 460 volt/3-phase power. Pump capacity is .259gal./revolution (155 gals./minute@ max. RPM of 600). Previous use was in food facility.
