Used GAI 3003A Bier 12 Valve Monoblock Rinser Filler Crowner

(1) Available - GAI (Prospero) Model 3003A Bier monoblock rinser filler capper. This machine was built in Italy in 2013 and has been in used in a brewery prior to removal when the brewery closed. The GAI 3003A Bier monoblock is a bottling line that can handle up to 3,000 bottles per hour (50 bottles per minute or 1,200 liters per hour) and is designed for beer or other carbonated beverage bottling, with a 12-head rinser, 12-head filler, and a 1-head crowner. 

Utilities:

Electric: 3-phase 220V  @ 30 Amps.

Sterile water: 3 gallons/minute @ 50-60psi.

Clean, dry, oil-free compressed air: 20cfm @ 30 psi.

CO2: 20cfm @ 30 psi.
