ZALKIN TM 200

Item is a used Inline Zalkin, Model TM 200, single head ROPP capper. Machine is S/S construction operating from left to right. It utilizes a top mounted sorter. It is currently set up for a 35 x 22.5mm closure with a plastic insert pourer. It was previously running olive oil and avocado oil in large California facility. Machine has a 16 station bottle feed star wheel. Container conveyor is approximately 4 1/2" wide x 10' long. Equipped with OSHA approved, safety guarding package with door interlocks. The control panel utilizes AB SLC 500 PLC and is set up for 460 volt/3-phase power. The complete operations manual is included with the machine as well as technical specifications for the existing cap/sorter/chute.
