Used Multi Zone Tunnel Pasteurizer

Item is a used stainless steel tunnel pasteurizer that was built new in 019 and used sparingly in a beverage production facility. The machine measures 18' long x 6' wide x 6' tall. The interiro mat top belt measures 3' wide and the opening to the tunnel will accomodate a container up to 14' tall.

The manufacturer specifications are 500-1000 bottles/hour depending upon container size. The machine is designed with a product ineed temp of 38deg and a dishcarge temp of 77deg. The pasteurization cycle is designed to operate at approx 150deg but is adjustable.

The machine is designed with UL designated electrical componenets and (3) CNP branded pumps. There are (2) heat exchangers and associated stainless piping, PLC controls with four temp zones, infeed and discharge conveyor beds, steam traps and control valves. The machine is designed to operate with 30psi steam (100 kg/hr).

The machine is currently installed but is in the process of remveal and can be shipped on short notice. It would be well suited for beer, tea, juice, and other beverage products.
