2019 Norland International Glasspak 33

Item is a used, Norland International automatic rotary, monoblock, bottle rinser/filler/capper packaging line for carbonated beverage products.. Included with the line is the ABE 48" table pack-on rotary disk, 12 valve rinser, 12 valve filler, 6 head screw capper, infeed and discharge conveyors in and out of the tri-block, cap hopper/elevator/sorter, Quickdry 33 air knife, and 8' pack-off station. This is a counter pressure machine with double pre-evacuation and is set up with a 12 head rinser, 12 head filler, and 6 station screw capper set up for a 28 mm tamper evident cap.. Each filling head performs four main functions during the filling process: removing the majority of the air from the empty bottle, purging and pressurizing the bottle with carbon dioxide, filling the bottle with product under pressure, and relieving the pressure and releasing the bottle to complete the filling process. The machine is rated at approximately 33 BPM and is currently set up for 16 oz. bottles (basically Boston Round with custom neck to accommodate the tamper-evident neck ring on the closure).. It was previously filling a kombucha product. This line has had very limited use. Previous owner stated maybe 6-7 bottle runs. The line remains in excellent condition.
