Used GAI 3003A Bier Monoblock rinser /filler/crowner for bottling carbonated products

(1) available - Item is a used GAI monoblock rinser/filler/crowner. This is a model 3003A Bier and is designed to run at up to 3000BPH. This machine is designed in monoblock configuration with 12 station rinse / 12 head fill / 1 head crown capability. The unit is designed with full safety guarding package and UL listed control panel. This machine was last running 12 oz glass beer bottles. The filler is isobaric double-evacuation design with C02 flush, a liquid-ring vacuum pump for pre-evac is included along with a water-stream fobber and single head crowner. Speed rating is up to 3000 bph depending upon bottle size and product.

This machine is also offered with the GAI five lane accumulation type dump table and single filer infeed along with the GAI rotary pack off table. A labeler can be added to this package at additional cost. The equipment remains in excellent shape and is offered at a fraction of new cost.
