2010 Accutek AVF

Item is a used, Accutek, automatic, volumetric piston filler. This is a 4 head machine with piston fill capacity of 4 oz. to 32 oz. fills. It is equipped with 5/8 diameter, extended length nozzles to accommodate bottom up filling when required. The nozzles are self purging, but the machine is equipped with optional pneumatic drip tray. It also has pneumatic, container, neck guides. It has a 10', variable speed conveyor and overhead supply tank. It is capable of multi-stroke (multiple doses per container) for fills larger than 32 oz. Equipped with color touchscreen HMI and PLC controls. The machine utilizes an overhead (gravity) supply tank to feed the piston/cylinders. All S/S contact parts. The machine can be supplied with a S/S, pneumatic, product supply pump at additional cost. Machine reuires compressed air and 120 volt - single phase power.
