ABC 16' x 6' Warming/cooling Tunnel

Item is a used, AB Conveyor, cooler/warming tunnel. Machine is all stainless steel construction, with Intralox style mat-top belting. Interior tunnel dimensions are approximately 6' wide by 16' long with the spray nozzles located 18" above te conveyor deck. The machine is equipped with a single cooling/warming zone and was previously utilized in a Coca-Cola plant as a warming tunnel for PET bottles. Machine is equipped with a large (7 1/2 HP - WEG), high volume, recirculation pump and infeed valving. It is also equipped with a second recirculation (3 HP - Baldor) pump which pulls water from the catch tank and circulates it through a tube in shell heat exchanger mounted to the top of the machine to maintain the desired temperature of the heating/cooling fluid. Power requirement is 460 volt/3-phase.
