JC Pardo Hemispherical kettle

Item is a used JC Pardo, jacketed hemispherical kettle. The kettle is approximately 500 gallons and is rated at 40 PSI @ 247 degrees F. It 2" center bottom outlet. Included with the kettle is a functional, single motion scrape surface agitator. Agitator and drive are mounted on S/S bridge. S/S hinged lids. Tank is supported with 4, S/S legs.
