Item is a NEW, UNUSED, Lee, 250 gallon hemispherical kettle. It was manufactured in 2004 and has been stored in a warehouse, in original crate since purchased in 2004. This is a model 250 D7Si having an inclined, single motion agitator designed specifically for blending liquids with particulates of different densities or easily damage solids. The intended use when purchased was for pie filling.. The jacket is rated at 100 PSI.
