Used BSV 7 bbl brewsystem

Item is a used BSV 7 bbl Steam combi brewhouse with support equipment. The brewhouse was built new in 2015 and has been installed since that time in a small brewpub. The system was used sparingly during covid and the owner has decided to close the breweyr at this time. The system is steam fired and includes a combi MLT / HLT and seerate brewkettle/whirlpool. The control panel has been upgraded and the included steam boiler has been retubed in the last 3 years. Included are the following items:

BSV 7 bbl skid mounted steam brewhouse - 14' x 6' (plus 2' for stairway) x 117" tall with rake down and 130" tall with rake raised up.

-7 bbl combi vessel with steam heated MLT on top and steam heated HLT on bottom, motorized rake with top mount drive, drop down grain out arm, cip, top manway, grain hydrator, water mix station

-7 bbl brewkettle/whirlpool, condensate drip ring, kettle vent, whirlpool inlet, bottom and side steam jacket, tank light, top manway door

-Brewhouse is skid mounted with integrated platform, Brewhouse control panel, 2 thomsen washdown brewhouse pumps, integrated hard piping and cip loop, valve manifold, dual stage heat exchanger, grant.

-Rite steam boiler, model 48sg, retubed and used three times since - complete with feedwater tank, steam piping and traps, boiler vent tube. 4' x 6'6" x 6'6" tall

-Apollo 2 roll grain mill wth leg extensions and extended capacity hopper.

-Choretime auger - approx 30' with drive

-Glycol chiller with upgraded controls - approx 3hp, self contained with reservoir and upgraded compressor. 60" x 34" x 68" tall

-2 head keg washer with dual reservoir, pump, immersion heater in one reservoir, controls , portable unit on wheels.

-2 used 7 bbl conical fermenters with dual zone jackets, side manway doors, cip and seperate blow off arm, racking ports. 96" tall x 48" diameter.

-1 PBST 7 bbl jacketed brite tank, carb stone, cip, prv, sample valve, dual zone jacket, side manway. 86" tallx 46" diameter.

-Portable transfer pump on cart, thomsen washdown with start stop control.

-Miscellaneous brewers hose, brewers hardware, clamps, and fittings.

-Stainless sink.

This equipment has been used sparingly and remains in great shape. This system is priced to sell and would make a great alternative to a new system. The equipment is still installed but available immediatley.

We can add used 7bbl and 15 bbl fermenters / brites if required.
